TRIAVICA is a strategic consulting firm comprised of three Ontario based Associates of the Institute for Independent Business International, a not-for-profit training and accreditation body which provides SME owners access to professionals and business executives locally and internationally. The firm was formed for the purposes of providing business advisory services to manufacturing businesses located in Central Ontario. Its founders are former Senior Executives of operations, sales and marketing of technology based products, consulting services, and business services.
TRI AVI CA is a representation of its founding “three” partners who provide “advice”. Because the founding members are based in Ontario, the use of “ca” was befitting to represent a Canadian based firm. “Tri” also re-enforces the notion of offering “tried and true” practical advice.
Our experience results from participation and exposure to notable Fortune companies including TELUS, Phillips Electronics, VIACOM, IMAX, Imasco, Xerox and Oracle. Their unique partnership combined their complementary skills to provide management advisory services to companies seeking professional advice on urgent matters of the day.
